Introducing the “Village Network”

To maintain our web site as a web site for United employees, by United employees, we have formed the "Village Network".  To form the network, we are soliciting for volunteers to be “Village Reps” for your station and/ or department.  We are looking for employees that would be interested in writing local stories to post in “A Village United” on SkyNet.  These could be local stories such as information about Fantasy Flights, picnics, charities, local or airport news.  If you are interested in being a “Village Rep” please email avillageunited@hotmail.com

First of all I'd like to tell you that this is a brand new department in Mexico .. perhaps you've heard of us.. perhaps you haven't .. we are MEXPW Customer Relations// this is a brand new department which handles most of the customers complaints // this department is brand new and I'm really interested in writing for you guys since we have lots and lots of interesting stories here in Mexico to tell every one.. DENVER'S "SANTA'S SLEIGH RIDE"

United Airlines annual “Santa’s Sleigh Ride” will be held on December 9, 2000 from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. 

Participants this year will come from area hospitals, the Brighton Head Start Program, and the “Globeville” area.  Participants will fly to the North Pole.  They will be accompanied by Ronald McDonald and will receive a happy meal with a toy, and three presents that they have specifically requested.  The gifts are provided by United Airlines employees. 

ONTOZ FANTASY FLIGHT

ONTOZ had our Fantasy Flight last Sat (12/9). That was the first one where we
actually had the aircraft took off to the "North Pole".
